COMPAS automation applications meet the high demands of the mechanical engineering companies. We support serial production (flexible recipe systems), a high level of reliability and productivity, quality engineering procedures and preparation of project documentation.
The delivered systems support the requirements for control of processes, change logs (e.g. operator’s interventions during production), production quality control and preparation of records on production series and other production documentation.
We have experience with automation of special equipment for the product development, control of the machines and lines, assembly processes, conveyors, systems for product stocking and dispatch. We automate the processes of injection molding, extrusion, forming, pressing, separation (including flying), assembly equipment and lines, transport systems, packaging and palletizing. Our deliveries also include systems for measuring qualitative product parameters with related records and evaluation of results.
COMPAS automatizace supports both printed or hybrid form of the production documentation as well as fully electronic form of the production documentation in compliance with the requirements for protection records and electronic signatures.
COMPAS solutions provide communication or integration with production IT systems, such as MES, WMS, LIMS and ERP.
Long-term support and service are provided according to the Client’s requirements; we can also offer services for maintaining and updating documentation of electrical equipment or maintenance support.
Some of the projects we have implemented are: automation of special-purpose machines, hydraulic presses, cotrol over plastics production with injection moulding, large bucket excavators for opencast coal-mining, controls of assembly lines and product warehouses.
